Yelkin TS Lecithin is a tested non-GMO Soy Lecithin. This Soy Lecithin is manufactured by Archer Daniels Midland and packaged in bulk 450 pound drums. 

GMO Free Soy Lecithin liquid is found useful in a wide variety of food applications. As an emulsifier, it is used in margarine, vegetable and dairy based milk replacements such as infant formula, and ready to use frosting. It can also alter the viscosity of chocolate. Lecithin improves the consistency of dough and as a release agent in cakes, cookies, crackers, and pies. 

As an ingredient in personal care products, Lecithin is used in cosmetics to enhance the appearance of dry or damaged skin by moisturizing and restoring suppleness. It is also an outstanding emulsifier for water and oil based products. It is also found in hair conditioning products.

Characteristics 

Yelkin TS Lecithin is an amber liquid that gives off an aromatic odor. It should not be exposed to freezing temperatures because it could cause the oil to separate from the phospholipids. If it does separate, it can be remixed under heat without losing functionality.
