FUFENG AF 80 Xanthan Gum FCC which is a brand of GMO-Free Xanthan Gum and is manufactured and packaged by Neimenggu Fufeng Biotechnologies Co in a bulk 25 kilogram (55.12 pound) carton. 

Xanthan Gum is extracted from corn starch and used in the food and beverage industry as a thickening, stabilizing, emulsion, and suspension agent. It is mostly used in instant noodles, cheese, cake, bread, canned pet food, ice cream, fruit juice, soft drinks, and salad dressing. 

Specifications 

FUFENG AF 80 Xanthan Gum meets specifications of the the Food Chemicals Codex. It is GMO Free as well as free of any allergens and contains no Gluten. Certified Kosher and Halal. Xanthan Gum does not contain any animal products or by-products. 

Characteristics 

FUFENG AF 80 Xanthan Gum is a free-flowing granular powder that is cream-white in color. Minimal 95% of particles pass through an 80 mesh. 100% pass through 60 mesh. Shelf Life is 24 months from package date under proper storage conditions.
