Progusta SD Sodium Diacetate FCC Powder is manufactured and packaged by Niacet in bulk 50 pound bags. 

Sodium Diacetate is salt of acetic acid and is used as a flavoring compound and antimicrobial agent for meat products and baked goods. Used in seasonings, this food additive imparts a salt and vinegar flavor. As a fungicide and bactericide, Sodium Diacetate is also registered to control mold and bacteria in food products.

Progusta SD Sodium Diacetate Powder does not contain any allergens, dairy products, GMOs, pesticides, MSG, or gluten. FCC Grade sodium diacetate is packaged in 50-pound paper bags suitable for food use. 

Characteristics 

Progusta SD Sodium Diacetate Powder is a white crystal or powder with a slight flavor of acetic acid and vinegar odor. This anhydrous material easily absorbs moisture, is soluble in water and alcohol, and has a melting point of 96 degrees Celsius.
