Ingredi Caffeine Anhydrous is an odorless, white crystalline powder or silky-white crystals. It has a melting point of 234-239°C. pH values are at 5.5-5.6 at 10g/L at 20°C. Caffeine Anhydrous is sparingly soluble in water, freely soluble in boiling water, and slightly soluble in ethanol. It easily dissolves in concentrated solutes of alkali benzoates or salicylates. It is non-GMO and stable under normal conditions.
