Benzyl Alcohol is a low toxicity and low volatile solvent. It is used in the F&F industry to develop artificial flavors and as a preservative. Benzyl alcohol is also used in the HI&I/Industrial side as a solvent for paints, resins, inks, and as a dye assistant in clothes/textiles.
