AnyAddy® AN6 (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose) packaged by Lotte Fine Chemicals in bulk 55-pound Drums

AnyAddy AN6 is an Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose that has a multitude of uses across the food industry.

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) is considered a modified natural hydrocolloid produced out of wood pulp or cotton linter. A-type HPMC is ready soluble in mixed organic or aqueous solvents with ambient or cool temperatures. It provides good plasticity and excellent film formation. AN6 has a viscosity 4.8-7.2cPs. Applications of this product include: bakery frosting, encapsulation, emulsion, moisture coating, and batters.

AnyAddy AN6 can also be used as a thickener, binder, texture enhancer or moisture retention agent. It meets all USP, EP and JP requirements, and is also kosher and halal certified. 

While a strong performer in food applications, AnyAddy AN6 is also the perfect product for tablet coating in the pharma and nutraceutical industries.
