Characteristics
Vanesse Vanillin FCC is a fine white to slightly yellow crystals. It has a typical odor and taste of Vanilla. 1 gram is soluble in (100ml water @ 25C, 20ml glycerine & 20ml of water at 80C). Melting point is between 81 - 83 C. It has a shelf life of 3 years when properly stored.
