Benzyl Salicylate
Benzyl Salicylate is an aromatic ester with a sweet floral aroma. The Fragrance industry uses this material as a fixative (slowing evaporation of more volatile notes) and to add Jasmine lilac floral notes to perfumes/compounds. Benzyl Salicylate has applications in personal care as well.
