AnyAddy AN15 is an Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose that has a multitude of uses across the food industry.

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) is considered a modified natural hydrocolloid produced out of wood pulp or cotton linter. A-type HPMC is ready soluble in mixed organic or aqueous solvents with ambient or cool temperatures. It provides good plasticity and excellent film formation. AN 15 has a viscosity 12-18cPs. Applications of this product include: bakery frosting, encapsulation, emulsion, moisture coating, and batters.

AnyAddy AN15 can also be used as a thickener, binder, texture enhancer or moisture retention agent. AN15 is also used for Bakery and confection glazes, Flavor concentrates, or Seasoning adhesives.
