Tragacanth Gum refers to Ingredi's food processing additive Tragacanth Gum. This ingredient is also known as Shiraz gum. It is mainly used in the food industry as a thickening agent and stabilizer. Tragacanth Gum is not as popular as most gums but it is one of the stongest binders and holds particles in suspension better than most gums.
