Ingredi TriSodium Phosphate Crystal Food Grade, Medium Granular & Fines also known as TSP FCC is manufactured and packaged by ICL Performance Products in a bulk 50 bag. 

TriSodium Phosphate Crystal Food Grade, or TSPc, has several applications in the food and beverage industry. It is used to make soft processed cheeses that easily melt and increases the cooking rate in breakfast cereals. It can also be used in potable water treatment. 

Specifications 

Ingredi TSPc is GRAS under 21 CFR 182.1778, 162.6778, and 182.8778. It is also approved for use as an additive for boiler water under 21 CFR 173.310. 

Characteristics 

TSPc is a strongly alkaline salt in the form of white crystalline, free-flowing powder. Key properties include strong alkaline salt, acts as an emulsifying agent, protein modifier, and has a shelf-life of around 24 months. It is odorless and has a pH level of 12.0 (as a 1% solution at 25°C). Its solubility is 21g/100g in a saturated solution at 25°C. TSPc is stable under normal conditions of storage and handling.
